Ingredients
500ml– 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
2garlic clovespeeled and crushed
1chilly
8sage leaves
2sprigs rosemary
Instructions
Wash and dry the herbs.
Mix the herbs, chilly and garlic with the extra virgin olive oil. Put in a glass bottle or jar.
Store in a dark place for 2 weeks before using it.
