– 1 lb. beef carpaccio
Lemon wedges

Arugula/Rocket

Cipriani Sauce

– ½ cup mayonnaise

Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Make the Cipriani sauce by mixing together all the ingredients. Keep aside.
Arrange the thinly sliced carpaccio on a plate and drizzle the Cipriani sauce on the top.
Serve immediately with some rocket/arugula and/or lemon wedges.
