Ingredients
350gms– 12 oz. tunadrained
1potatoboiled
2eggs
70gms– ¾ cup breadcrumbs
3tbspParmigiano Reggianofinely grated
1pinchnutmeg
2tbspblack oliveschopped
1tbspcaperswashed
Salt to taste
Instructions
Put all the ingredients apart from the breadcrumbs in a mixer and blend till mixed well.
Put the mixture in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and mix well.
Put the mixture on a tray covered with baking paper and roll it up like a sausage/meatloaf.
Wrap it in aluminium foil and cook it, in boiling water, for 30 minutes. Put the fire off and keep it in the water for 10 more minutes. Then drain and let it cool down completely.
When cold, slice and serve with some mayo on the side.
