Ingredients

  • 2 Pita Pockets
  • 170 gms – ¾ cup tuna in springwater drained
  • 1/3 cup mayo I used fat free
  • ½ Lebanese cucumber chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 radishes sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber, mayo and dill.
  2. Warm pita pockets following packet instructions and cut in half.
  3. Pile the mixture into the pita pockets, along with radish and lettuce.
  4. Serve immediately.
