Pineapple Mojito - a refreshing tropical drink, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
1 ½tbsppineapple chunks
1tbsppineapple juice
35ml– 1 ¼ oz. oz. Malibu
10ml– 1/3 oz. Grand Marnier
½limecut in wedges
20ml– ¾ oz. simple syrupequal parts of sugar and cold water dissolved together
10mint leavesplus more for garnish
125ml– ½ cup soda wateror to fill the glass

Instructions
Put the mint leaves, pineapple chunks and the lime wedges in a Mojito glass. Crush them together with a muddle to release their juices. Do not strain the mix.
Mix the pineapple juice, Malibu, Grand Marnier and simple syrup in a separate glass.
Fill the Mojito glass with the ice cubes.
Add the Malibu and Grand Marnier mixture.
Fill the remainder of the glass with soda water.
Decorate with more mint leaves. Serve immediately.
