Lime and Macadamia Nut Bark

Lime and Macadamia Nut Bark - the perfect Christmas gift, delicious and a bit exotic!

Ingredients

  • 450 gms – 1 lb. white chocolate chopped
  • ¾ cup macadamia nuts roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Line a 20x30 cm (9x12 inch) cookie sheet with baking paper and keep it aside.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the chopped white chocolate.
  3. When melted, stir in the lime zest and mix well.
  4. Quickly pour into the lined cookie sheet and spread evenly.
  5. Add the roughly chopped macadamia nuts on the top.
  6. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  7. When hard, cut in triangles and either serve or bag to give as a present.
