Ingredients

  • 250 gms – 9 oz. white chocolate chopped
  • 500 ml – 2 cups milk
  • 500 ml – 2 cups cream
  • 300 ml – 1 ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 150 ml – ¾ cup alcohol 95% or 151 proof grain alcohol or the strongest available

Instructions

  1. Put the white chocolate and milk in a saucepan and heat on the fire until the chocolate has melted.
  2. Add the cream and condensed milk and cook on a low flame for 8 minutes.
  3. Let the mixture cool down and then chill very well in the fridge.
  4. Add the alcohol and mix well. Filter it through a sieve and bottle it.
  5. Keep it in the fridge for a couple of days and shake well before serving.

Recipe Notes

This liqueur should keep in the fridge for a couple of months, though mine never lasts that long.
