Coconut Ice Cream
The recipe for an easy and delicious Coconut Ice Cream made with 3 ingredients only!
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 2/3 cups coconut milk
– 6 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
or to taste - optional
In a pot, bring all the ingredients (apart from the coconut essence) to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer gently for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and chill the mixture thoroughly.
Once chilled, add the coconut essence and stir.
Churn in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Transfer to a container, cover it and put it in the freezer until ready to serve.
