Buttered Potatoes

Buttered Potatoes - a quick and delicious alternative to mash potatoes that tastes just as good!

Ingredients

  • 12 small red potatoes washed
  • 40 gms – 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put the potatoes in a microwave safe container with very little water. Close it with its lid and microwave the potatoes until cooked through.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the cooked and drained potatoes to it. Mix well.
  3. Put the fire off, add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately.
