Spritz - a classic Italian drink made with Prosecco wine, Aperol and Soda water.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml – 3 oz. Prosecco
  • 60 ml – 2 oz. Aperol
  • 30 ml – 1 oz. Soda Water
  • Orange wedges
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass half way through with ice.
  2. Mix the Prosecco, Aperol and Soda water together and pour it in the glass.
  3. Stir and serve immediately.
