Ingredients

red bell pepper
roasted and cut lengthwise

tbsp
cream cheese

gms
– 3 tbsp tuna
canned

tsp
capers
rinsed
1
anchovy
Instructions
Put the cream cheese, tuna, capers and anchovy in a mixer and blend it until smooth.
Divide the tuna filling among the slices of roasted bell pepper and roll them.
Put them upright on a serving plate, decorate with capers and serve at room temperature.
