How about a spooky but delicious Blood Orange Margarita for Halloween?

Red food colouring
Corn starch
Salt or Sugar
Blood Orange Margarita

oz.
freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1
tsp
sugar
1
oz
Cointreau or Grand Marnier
1 ½
oz.
Tequila

Rim a margarita glass with either salt or sugar.
Mix the red food colouring with a little corn starch, just enough to thicken it so it can stick to the glass.
Apply this “blood” on the glass with you fingers. Keep aside to dry.
Blood Orange Margarita
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain the mixtures into the prepared glass.
Serve immediately.
