Instructions
Sift the flour and cocoa powder together and keep aside.
Cream the butter and sugar together in the bowl of an electric mixer with a paddle attachment on low to medium speed. Mix until well incorporated.
Add the egg and milk and mix well. Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder to the bowl and mix well. The dough will be ready when it clumps around the paddle attachment.
Roll it into a 6 mm thick sheet and cut out your cookies.
Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
When ready, let them cool down on the baking tray for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool down completely.
In the meantime, prepare your 2 types of glaze (do this one flavour at a time, so the glaze does not harden while you work). Mix the ingredients together and keep aside.
When the cookies have cooled down completely, decorate them with the glaze and a drizzle of melted white chocolate. Let them set completely before serving them.
