  1. To cook the wontons, boil a large pot of salty water. When boiling, add the wontons and cook for 5-6 minutes until they float. Remove and drain.
  2. While the wontons are cooking, mix together the Low Fodmap chicken stock, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar. Warm up on the stove or in the microwave.
  3. Pour the warm broth on top of the cooked wontons. Add the sliced green onion tops and fresh chilli to taste (if using). Drizzle a few drops of sesame oil on the top and serve warm.

Recipe Notes

You can also add some stir fried Low Fodmap Asian greens like 1 cup of bok choy or choy sum in the soup.
