Low Fodmap Tzatziki
Low Fodmap Tzatziki – deliciously tangy and very easy to make. The perfect dip or accompaniment for your favourite grilled meats and sandwiches.

a little over ½ cup lactose-free yogurt

lemon juice

– 4 oz. cucumber
grated and squeezed/drained

Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the juices.

In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients and serve.
