Low Fodmap Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca – an easy and very refreshing tropical drink to keep the whole family pleasantly hydrated.

  • 300 gms – 10 oz. fresh pineapple in cubes to freeze the night before
  • 500 ml – 2 cups water
  • Juice of one lime
  • A small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 2 or 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • Ice cubes


  1. Cube and freeze the pineapple the day before.
  2. The following day, put the frozen pineapple, water, mint, lime juice, 2 ice cubes, and sugar in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add two (or more) ice cubes to each glass and divide the pineapple mint agua fresca over the three glasses. Serve immediately with a straw.
