Low Fodmap Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca – an easy and very refreshing tropical drink to keep the whole family pleasantly hydrated.

– 10 oz. fresh pineapple in cubes
to freeze the night before

– 2 cups water

Juice of one lime

A small handful of fresh mint leaves

or 3 tbsp granulated sugar

Ice cubes

Cube and freeze the pineapple the day before.

The following day, put the frozen pineapple, water, mint, lime juice, 2 ice cubes, and sugar in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Add two (or more) ice cubes to each glass and divide the pineapple mint agua fresca over the three glasses. Serve immediately with a straw.
