Ingredients

  • 500 gms – 1 lb. lamb mince
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands until combined.
  2. Using bamboo skewers, shape the meat into 8 kebabs.
  3. Grill on a griddle or barbecue the kebabs for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Serve with my Low Fodmap Tzatziki and Low Fodmap Pita Pockets or my normal Whole Meal Pita.
