Low Fodmap Mint Lemonade
Low Fodmap Mint Lemonade – a refreshing and healthy drink made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and a hint of mint

Total Time 15 minutes
– ¾ cup + 1 tbsp sugar
– 3 ½ cups water
– 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
handful mint leaves
Ice to serve
Put the sugar and ¾ cup of the water in a medium pot and cook on the fire until the sugar has melted. Let the simple syrup cool down completely.
When the sugar syrup is cold, mix it together with the remaining water, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Refrigerate until cold.
Serve the mint lemonade cold and add some ice if you like.
You can add a little bit more water if the lemons are too sour.
