Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp sugar or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/8 to ¼ tbsp rice vinegar depending on taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, sugar, salt, and rice vinegar.
  2. While blending, slowly add the vegetable oil.
  3. When fluffy, stop blending and add the chopped dill. Mix well and serve.

Recipe Notes

Add more or less sugar and vinegar to achieve your preferred taste. Keep in mind that this is a sweet and sour kind of sauce.
