  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 ½ tbsp sweet paprika
  • 2 carrots cut into chunks
  • 1 small green capsicum/pepper sliced
  • 140 gms – 5 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 lt – 4 cups water

  2. Add the beef and brown it well on all sides.
  3. Add the sliced capsicums, carrots, paprika, marjoram, caraway seeds, tomato paste, salt, and 1 liter – 4 cups of water. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 2 hours.
