White Chocolate Apricot Pistachio Bark

White Chocolate Apricot Pistachio Bark - quick, easy and just plain delicious!

Ingredients

  • 450 gms – 1 lb. white chocolate chopped
  • ¾ cup pistachios unsalted
  • cup dried apricots chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 20x30 cm (9x12 inch) cookie sheet with baking paper and keep it aside.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the chopped chocolate.
  3. When melted, quickly pour into the lined cookie sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Add the pistachios and dried apricots on the top.
  5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  6. When hard, cut in triangles and serve.
