Honey Glazed Baby Carrots

Honey Glazed Baby Carrots - tender and sweet baby carrots, the perfect side dish!

  • 3 bunches Dutch/Baby Carrots trimmed and peeled
  • 60 gms – 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sage leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves chopped
  • ¾ cup vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste if necessary


  1. Melt the butter with the honey in a large deep frying pan. Add the carrots and mix to coat well.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and the chopped herbs.
  3. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until just tender.
  4. Then remove the cover, bring to the boil and cook for another 8 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated and the carrots are golden and caramelised.
  5. Serve warm.
