Three-Ingredient Nutella Doughnuts
Nutella Doughnuts made with just 3 ingredients and ready in less than 20 minutes!

– 2/3 cup Nutella
plus more for glazing
egg and 1 egg yolk
all purpose flour
crushed, for garnish (optional)
Spray a mini doughnut pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine Nutella, egg, egg yolk and flour until smooth.
Spoon the batter evenly into the doughnut holes and spread it around to fill all cavities.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C – 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from the oven and let the doughnuts cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan.
Cool completely. Spread more Nutella over the top and garnish with chopped hazelnuts, if desired.
