How to make some scrumptious Marinated Feta at home!
– 9 oz. feta
I like sheep’s milk feta the most
ground black pepper
small garlic clove
Extra virgin olive oil
enough to cover the feta
Cut the feta into 3 cm – 1 ¼ inch cubes.
In a jar, mix together the spices, herbs and garlic clove. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Add the cubed feta and cover it with more extra virgin olive oil.
Close the lid very tight and gently shake the jar to distribute the spices.
Refrigerate at least overnight before serving.
