Dulce de Leche Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 300 gms – 10.5 oz. Dulce de Leche
  • 300 ml – 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 250 ml – 1 cup cream
  • 65 ml – ¼ cup alcohol 95% or 151 proof grain alcohol or 85 ml – 1/3 cup Vodka

Instructions

  1. Put the milk, cream and dulce de leche in a pot. Cook on a slow flame until the dulce de leche has melted. Chill thoroughly.
  2. Add the alcohol to the dulce de leche mix, filter and bottle it.
  3. Keep in the fridge and serve cold.
