Ingredients
Salad
250gms– 8.5 oz. green beanscleaned and boiled – at room temperature
1big or 2 medium tomatoessliced
2medium potatoesboiled, peeled and roughly chopped – at room temperature
100gms– 3.5 oz. tunadrained and crumbled
¼red onionthinly sliced
Vinaigrette
1.5tbspwhite wine vinegar
3tbspextra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Prepare the vinaigrette by putting the white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and salt in a small jar. Close it tight with a lid and shake vigorously.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad in a big bowl.
