  1. Cut the puff pastry into smaller rectangles and use it to wrap the hot dog sausages.
  2. Put the pigs in a blanket on a big baking dish covered with baking paper. Position them like a wreath. Make sure they touch each other.
  3. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C – 390°F for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  4. Decorate the wreath with a bow and some tinsel and use it as an edible centerpiece this Christmas!
