Ingredients

  • 225 gms – 1 cup hazelnut pulp
  • 20 gms – ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 160 gms – 1 cup dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 gms – ½ cup hazelnuts chopped
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the hazelnuts.
  2. Place the dough in a bowl. Add the chopped hazelnuts and stir with a spoon.
  3. With slightly wet hands, make the balls.
  4. Keep the truffles in a sealed container in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

If you don’t have plant milk pulp, use 50 grams (1/3 cup) hazelnuts instead of the hazelnut pulp and add more maple syrup.
