Low Fodmap Tzatziki

Low Fodmap Tzatziki – deliciously tangy and very easy to make. The perfect dip or accompaniment for your favourite grilled meats and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 150 gms – 10 tbsp a little over ½ cup lactose-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 110 gms – 4 oz. cucumber grated and squeezed/drained
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ tbsp garlic infused olive oil
  • 2 tbsp mint chopped
  • ½ tbsp dill chopped

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out all the juices.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients and serve.
