Low Fodmap Dark Chocolate Dipping Sauce – a decadent warm sauce perfect to dip fruits in it. Always a big hit with both adults and kids, yet easy on the tummy.

– ½ cup dark chocolate

– ¼ cup low fodmap milk
I used almond milk

dairy free spread
or butter

caster sugar

vanilla extract
Roughly chop the dark chocolate.
Melt the dark chocolate, white sugar, and dairy free spread (or butter) in the microwave.
Then whisk in the low FODMAP milk until the chocolate sauce is smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Serve warm.
Store it in the fridge for 2 or 3 days and reheat it in the microwave before serving.
