Ingredients

– 1.1 lbs pork mince

tbsp
dry oregano

tsp
cumin powder

tsp
paprika

tbsp
rice vinegar

tsp
salt

cup
spring onion
green part only
Tomatoes
sliced

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Shape into 20 meatballs. Make sure to flatten them slightly. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray them with oil.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C – 355°F for 15 minutes.
Serve in a warm (low fodmap) pita pocket, with sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and (low fodmap) tzatziki.
