Low Fodmap Lamb Kofte Kebabs – juicy lamb kebabs made with the perfect blend of herbs and spices and grilled to perfection.

– 1 lb. lamb mince

cumin powder

tsp
coriander powder

sweet paprika

nutmeg

cinnamon

coriander leaves
chopped

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with your hands until combined.

Using bamboo skewers, shape the meat into 8 kebabs.

Grill on a griddle or barbecue the kebabs for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
