  • 6 tbsp green olives pitted
  • 1 ¼ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tbsp garlic infused olive oil optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp capers rinsed


  1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with bread or cracker.
