Ingredients

Vinaigrette

  • ¼ cup chives chopped
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp red or white wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Salad

  • 225 gms – 1 ½ cups red grapes halved
  • 140 gms – 5 oz. rocket/arugula washed
  • 60 gms – ½ cup walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. To make the vinaigrette, put all the ingredients in a jar.
  2. Close it tightly with a lid and shake well. Keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the rocket/arugula, red grapes, and walnuts.
  4. Add the vinaigrette and mix well.
