rice vinegar
depending on taste

vegetable oil

fresh dill
chopped

Blend together the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, sugar, salt, and rice vinegar.

While blending, slowly add the vegetable oil.

When fluffy, stop blending and add the chopped dill. Mix well and serve.
Add more or less sugar and vinegar to achieve your preferred taste. Keep in mind that this is a sweet and sour kind of sauce.
