Dark Chocolate Blueberry Nut Clusters

Ingredients

  • 130 gms – ¾ cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 15 gms – 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 75 gms – ½ cup macadamia nuts
  • 80 gms – ½ cup blueberries washed and dried
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the macadamia nuts and the blueberries.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  3. Stir in the coconut oil and salt. Mix well.
  4. Put 1 tablespoon of nut and blueberry mix in the melted chocolate and coat well. Remove with a fork shaking off the excess chocolate. Put the clusters on a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Refrigerate till hard and enjoy.
