Hugo – so easy to make and so refreshing. This Elderflower flavoured spritz is all the rage in Italy at the moment!

– 2 oz. Prosecco

– 2/3 to 1 oz. Elderflower Syrup

ml
– 2 oz. Soda Water
or to top the wine glass

or 4 ice cubes

Mint

Mix together the Prosecco and Elderflower Syrup.

Put the ice cubes in a wine glass and pour the Prosecco and Elderflower syrup mixture into it.

Top with soda water, stir and add some fresh mint.

Serve immediately.
