green onion stalks
green part only

carrot
peeled

sprig of parsley

bay leaves

peppercorns

lt. – 8 ½ cups water

In a pot, put all the vegetables. Add the water, herbs, and spices.

Cover and cook for 45 minutes on low.

Remove the vegetables and filter the stock. Enjoy.
