Ingredients

  • 120 g – ½ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ¼ banana – sliced
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts
  • ½ tbsp dried cranberries
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup – or to taste

Instructions

  1. Spoon the Greek yoghurt into a bowl and spread it out evenly.

  2. Top with the almond butter, chia seeds, sliced almonds, banana slices, hemp hearts, and dried cranberries.
  3. Drizzle the maple syrup over the top.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
