Ingredients

  • 1 banana – ripe
  • 1 big passion fruit – frozen
  • ½ to ¾ tbsp honey – to taste
  • 400 ml – 1 can light coconut cream
  • ice – optional

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into an electric mixer and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.
