Ingredients
130gms– ¾ cup dark chocolatechopped
15gms– 1 tbsp coconut oil
75gms– ½ cup macadamia nuts
80gms– ½ cup blueberrieswashed and dried
1pinchsalt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the macadamia nuts and the blueberries.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Stir in the coconut oil and salt. Mix well.
Put 1 tablespoon of nut and blueberry mix in the melted chocolate and coat well. Remove with a fork shaking off the excess chocolate. Put the clusters on a tray lined with baking paper.
