Mango and Passion Fruit Cocktail Recipe

A refreshing Mango and Passion Fruit Cocktail made with mango, passion fruit, and sparkling wine. Light, fruity and full of tropical flavour, it’s easy to enjoy on warm afternoons or during relaxed summer dinners.

Ingredients

Mango Mix

  • 2 cups mango juice
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 1.5 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

To Top

  • 2 ½ cups Spumante dolce OR any sweet sparkling wine
  • 1 passion fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix the mango juice, caster sugar, vodka, and lime juice in a jug or bowl until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into 4 Champagne flutes, filling each halfway.
  3. Top each flute with Spumante, then stir in ¼ of the passion fruit pulp.
  4. Serve cold.
