Ingredients

  • 6 –8 strawberries – hulled
  • pineapple slices – fresh or canned, chopped
  • ½ small apple – chopped
  • 400 ml – 1⅔ cups cold milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
