Ingredients
2cupsGreek-style yoghurt
2tbsponion– finely chopped
2tbsptomatoes– chopped
2tbspcarrots– grated
½tspgreen chilli– finely chopped (you can increase this to taste)
½tspcumin seeds
½tspcumin powder
1pinchred chilli powder
A few mint leaves
A few coriander leaves
1pinchsugar– if your yoghurt is too sour
Salt – to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Garnish with extra mint and coriander leaves. Serve cold.
