  • 1 red bell pepper roasted and cut lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 40 gms – 3 tbsp tuna canned
  • 1 tsp capers rinsed
  • 1 anchovy


  1. Put the cream cheese, tuna, capers and anchovy in a mixer and blend it until smooth.
  2. Divide the tuna filling among the slices of roasted bell pepper and roll them.
  3. Put them upright on a serving plate, decorate with capers and serve at room temperature.
