  • 500 gms – 1.1 lbs. chicken tenders
  • 120 ml – ½ cup beer
  • 170 ml – ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • Flour
  • Salt to taste


  1. Lightly coat the chicken tenders with flour and season with salt.  Keep aside.
  2. Sauté the chopped onion in the extra virgin olive oil for 2 minutes or until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken tenders and brown them on all sides.
  4. Add the beer and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the chicken broth and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Adjust salt to taste and serve warm.
