Peanut Butter Ice Cream

The recipe for a scrumptious Peanut Butter Ice Cream ready in a jiffy! Perfect with a luscious home-made chocolate sauce and toasted peanuts on the top!

  • 180 gms – ¾ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 200 gms – ¾ cup + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml – 1 1/3 cup cream
  • 300 ml – 1 1/3 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate syrup to serve
  • Peanuts toasted, to serve


  1. Puree the peanut butter, sugar, milk, salt and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Manually whisk in the cream (do not blend it with the above mixture to avoid curdling).
  3. Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  4. Then churn it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  5. Put it in the freezer for at least 3 hours before serving.
  6. Serve with some home-made chocolate syrup and toasted peanuts.
