Ingredients

green tea leaves
gunpowder

tsp
sugar

fresh mint leaves

cup
water
1
sprig of mint per glass to serve
Instructions
Mix the tea and sugar.
Crush the mint leaves in the water and bring to a boil. Pour the hot water over the tea and sugar and let it steep for 5 minutes.
Put a small sprig of mint in two glasses. Strain the tea into the glasses and drink while hot.
