These 3-Ingredient Nutella Doughnuts are soft, chocolatey, and topped with a glossy Nutella glaze for the easiest homemade treat.

Ingredients

  • 190 g – ⅔ cup Nutella – plus more for glazing
  • 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 6 tbsp all-purpose flour

Optional Garnish

  • crushed hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Spray a mini doughnut pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, mix the Nutella, egg, egg yolk, and flour until smooth.
  3. Spoon the batter evenly into the doughnut holes and spread it around to fill all the cavities.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C – 350°F for 8–10 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the doughnuts cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing them.
  6. Let the doughnuts cool completely. Spread more Nutella over the top and garnish with chopped hazelnuts.
