Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2/3 tbsp mint leaves finely chopped
  • 35 gms – 2 1/3 tbsp lactose-free yogurt
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chopped coriander and mint, the grated ginger, the lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add the lactose-free yogurt and mix well.
  3. Serve as a dip or an accompaniment for Indian or Middle Eastern food.
